Millennials have a lot to gain by thinking early about their financial futures, since they have an invaluable asset: time.

For educational entrepreneur Fabiana Lara, long-term investments in the resources sector are particularly suited for the young who can better afford to take on more risks and losses than older generations.

Since becoming a successful businesswoman in Brazil, she has devoted her energy to the Next Big Rush, a YouTube channel where she offers advice on mining investment.
