 Invest In The
“Sport of Kings”

Tropical Racing has come up with a way for Main Street investors to participate in the exciting and lucrative world of thoroughbred horse racing.

It’s your opportunity to play the “Sport of Kings” alongside the world’s billionaires.

Dear Fellow Investor,

Nothing beats the excitement, fun and potential profits of horse racing.

Going back millennia, humans have thrilled to watching (and betting on) these incredible animals as they compete to see who’s the fastest.

The horse breeding and racing industry is a sleeper in the economy, accounting for more than $100 billion in revenue.

But for Main Street investors, the problem has always been that you normally need access to enormous amounts of capital to play the “Sport of Kings.”

This is an industry that attracts the world’s billionaires; people like Vitaminwater founder Mike Repole, the Wertheimer brothers who own Chanel, and hedge fund manager Steve Cohen.

Now, thanks to a unique investment opportunity created by Tropical Racing, you have the opportunity to invest in a whole stable of thoroughbred breedstock; indeed, in an entire horse breeding and selling operation.

Pinhooking:
Invest In A Nuts-And-Bolts Aspect Of The Horse Industry

Tropical Racing doesn’t just offer the chance to own one or two horses that may go on to win big.

Instead, it offers the chance to potentially profit from every major component of the thoroughbred horse business.

For instance, the company participates in pinhooking, an industry term that refers to buying a one-year-old horse, training it for a year, and then selling it to other investors looking to own a winner on the track as the horse hits its prime.

It can be a very smart strategy, one that Tropical Racing has already turned into very profitable deals. Examples include:

• Nada: The company bought this horse in 2018 as a yearling for $60,000, trained it up and eventually sold it for $700,000 (a 900%+ profit).

• Nahmed Gamine: This horse was also bought in 2018 (for $220,000) and after setting an F-T MidAtlantic record in 2019, was sold for $1.8 million (or more than a 700% profit).

Granted, those were exceptional finds, but keep in mind that the average return on pinhooking between 2015 and 2019 was a robust 38.2%.

Real Assets That Just Keep Multiplying

With 16 thoroughbred horses, 16 broodmares, six yearlings and nine foals on the way, Tropical Racing is very much a full-on horse breeding and selling operation.

By the end of 2021, the company expects to have 50 thoroughbreds in its portfolio. These are real assets that just continue to grow because of the wonders of nature.

As the graphic above demonstrates, if the average broodmare has 12 foals in her lifetime, and each foal fetches an average $130,000 sale price, one breeding female could generate $1.5 million or more worth of breedstock.

Multiply that number by the current 16 broodmares in Tropical Racing’s stables, and it’s not hard to see how lucrative this business can be.

An Industry That Thrives In Pretty Much Any Economy

In good times and bad, horse racing is an industry that tends to boom.

The horse and horse racing industry is estimated to generate $100 billion in revenues annually, with $11 billion legally bet on horse racing in 2018 alone.

War. Depression. Recession. Stock and real-estate crashes. No matter what the economic situation, horse racing has managed to survive, and even thrive, in hard times.

And with a post-Covid boom seemingly on the way, legalized betting continuing to grow and two recent Triple Crown winners bringing renewed interest in the sport, Tropical Racing appears to be very much in the right place at the right time.

A Team That Brings Passion For The Sport To The Quest For Profits

Founded in 2017 by Troy Levy, Tropical Racing is led by someone with deep roots in horse racing.

At 16, Troy was New York’s youngest horse trainer, having been drawn to the sport by a father who shared his enthusiasm for it with his son at an early age.

Troy went on to a successful career in finance, although he stayed active in the industry, regularly buying and selling horses.

When he created Tropical Racing, he brought on board Michelle Nihei as a head trainer.

Michelle’s love of horses drew her into training in 2008, away from a successful academic career at Johns Hopkins, one that saw her earn a Ph.D. in neuroscience.

She has proven equally successful in horse training; winning horses she has trained include Prince Will I Am, Regalo Mia and Upgraole.

She has a unique (and money-making) ability to find overlooked horses and turn them into race-worthy thoroughbreds.

Between Michelle’s eye for horses and Troy’s racing and financing background, Tropical Racing is uniquely positioned to profit from inefficiencies in the horse industry.

A Unique Opportunity

As you’ve seen, Tropical Racing is a full-fledged horse breeding and selling operation, one that includes a full stable of breedstock and horses to train and a lease on a 200-acre horse farm in Kentucky.

With a minimum investment of just $1,050 (for 300 pre-IPO units priced at $3.50 each), you can join the elite world of horse breeding and racing.

It’s your opportunity to participate in the fun and possible profits of an industry dominated by the world’s wealthy elite.
