A Timely Gathering For Investors

September 3, 2026

Dear Fellow Investor,

I don't often write about other people's investment conferences.

But after attending this event myself 10 times, I know what I'm recommending, and I would be doing you a disservice not to share the opportunity to attend The 24th Annual Investor Summit™ on Sand.

The Summit was created by my longtime friend Robert Helms, host of The Real Estate Guys™ Radio Show. If you've been to the New Orleans Investment Conference you know Robert as one of our event MCs. It brings together experienced investors, entrepreneurs, business owners and thought leaders for several days of presentations, conversations and networking in a setting that's very different from your typical investment event.

Over the years, it has been held in some pretty amazing places … on cruise ships, in beautiful Belize, and this year, at a luxury beachfront resort in Puerto Rico.

And while the location certainly makes it appealing, I think it’s the timing that makes this event particularly interesting right now.

We’re living through a period of significant change. Geopolitical tensions, monetary policy, currencies, inflation, energy and global capital flows are all moving markets in ways that can have implications far beyond any one asset class.

It’s becoming increasingly crucial to hear from people who look at the bigger picture from very different angles…and to consider how those markets, ideas and trends intersect, influence one another, and create both risks and opportunities.

That’s exactly what this event delivers. And that’s why I wanted to make sure you knew about it.

Different Perspectives, Broader Insight

This year’s Summit brings together an interesting mix of faculty members, including several names that may be familiar to readers of this letter.

Peter Schiff will be there, bringing his perspective on monetary policy, the economy and sound money.

Mike Maloney will share insights from his decades of studying monetary history, precious metals and global economics.

And Brent Johnson, known for his Dollar Milkshake Theory, will offer his perspective on currencies and macroeconomic trends.

There’s also Dana Samuelson, who has been a friend of mine for more than 40 years. Dana has spent decades in the precious metals business, and I’m always interested in what he has to say about the gold and silver markets.

The faculty also includes Ken McElroy, Scott Saunders, Brad Sumrok, Steve Olson, Michele Fischbein, Ted Sutton and Steve Streetman, among others. Their areas of expertise range from multifamily and commercial real estate to industrial property, land development, asset protection, estate planning, business law, cryptocurrency and beyond.

And then there’s Robert Helms, the host and creator of the event. I’ve known Robert for many years, both personally and professionally, and he’s built quite a career as a real estate investor and developer. He also hosts The Real Estate Guys™ Radio Show, now in its 30th year of broadcast, with the podcast heard in more than 190 countries. And despite the name of the show, his interests extend well beyond real estate into precious metals, energy, and other real assets.

One of Robert’s particular strengths is connecting those seemingly different pieces and helping investors see the bigger picture.

What’s particularly impressive about the high-level faculty he assembles is that they aren’t paid to attend the Summit. They come because they want to be there, to listen, learn, exchange ideas and spend time with the other faculty and Summiteers.

They’re participants in the experience, not simply speakers on a stage.

A Different Kind Of Conference

While the Investor Summit™ is certainly more than a vacation in a luxurious tropical location, the setting is part of what makes the experience so unique.

There’s real value in stepping away from the day-to-day for several days and putting yourself in a completely different environment. With time to slow down and absorb what you’re hearing, ideas have a chance to develop. A presentation can spark a question that turns into a conversation over dinner. A comment during a panel can lead to a new perspective the next day. A conversation with another investor can get you thinking about an opportunity, strategy or market in a way you hadn’t considered before.

And it’s not all presentations and panels. There are parties, relaxed networking events and plenty of time to interact with fellow Summiteers and faculty over meals, between sessions, by the pool and throughout the event.

It’s often described as “summer camp for investors,” and that’s a pretty good way to put it. You’re immersed in the experience, surrounded by people who are actively investing, building businesses and thinking about what comes next.

Investing In The Next Generation

Another thing I particularly like about the Investor Summit™ is the opportunity it creates to bring the next generation into the conversation.

The Real Estate Guys™ have taken that idea a step further with their Young Investor Program, reserving up to 20 places for investors ages 18–25 at substantially reduced registration rates. There are also scholarships available for young investors who need additional financial assistance.

There’s a big difference between learning about investing from a book or podcast and being in a room with people who are actively doing it. For a budding investor, being part of those conversations, hearing different perspectives and ideas, and seeing how experienced investors think can prove to be incredibly valuable.

And Then There’s Freedom Farms

This year, there's also a unique optional opportunity following the Summit that caught my attention.

Available exclusively to Summiteers, Mike Maloney is opening Freedom Farms, his 900-acre regenerative permaculture project in Puerto Rico, for an exclusive tour on September 18th.

The project focuses on food production, sustainability and resilience, and the tour offers attendees a chance to see firsthand what Mike has been building. It also provides the opportunity to spend some additional time with Mike, Robert, and other faculty members outside the traditional Summit setting.

Puerto Rico And New Orleans

I know many people who attend The Real Estate Guys™ Investor Summit™ are also regulars at the New Orleans Investment Conference.

With that in mind, you might want to mark your calendar for both.

The Investor Summit on Sand comes up first, September 13th - 17th in Puerto Rico. Then the New Orleans Investment Conference follows, October 28th - 31st. Both events are selling quickly, so if you’re planning to attend either one, now is the time to make your arrangements.

Unfortunately, I have a personal conflict this year and won’t be able to make it to Puerto Rico. If it were at all possible for me to be there, I would. But I hope to see many of you in New Orleans.

Visit Summitonsand.com to learn more about the Investor Summit™, including the complete faculty, details, and registration.

All the best,
