| I don’t know how I could have shouted it more loudly.
While telling investors to buy junior mining stocks in general over the past year, I was also practically begging them to buy Prospector Metals (PPP.V).
In every interview or conference appearance, I made the company my top pick. In a private dinner with a few of the industry’s leading luminaries at the Beaver Creek conference, everyone at the table was asked to provide their pick for the biggest winner of the next year.
Again, I picked Prospector. (And now I’ll have to buy dinner next year!)
Actually, I’ve been recommending the company since May of last year, even though they weren’t going to be drilling that season. Instead, they were doing the boring, necessary groundwork on their ML property in the Yukon...
...work that revealed a very interesting target.

| I’ll cut to the chase: That target fulfilled its potential, as Prospector’s first drill hole there delivered a massive hit — 13.79 g/t gold and 1.84% copper over 44 meters, including a higher-grade interval of 21.93 g/t gold over 24.65 meters.

| This is one of the greatest drill hole results from a junior in recent history. And the market reaction was instantaneous, as Prospector’s share price has more than tripled today alone.
As I write, it’s still up 225% on the day. And from my initial recommendation in Gold Newsletter, it’s up nearly 500%.
So far.
Yes, there’s more to come from Prospector. We’re still awaiting assays from another hole shallower than this one, and the “Tess Zone” as it’s been dubbed is still wide open at depth and along strike.
